Once you receive your tee, take a photo in it and tag us on Instagram @thecurvshop to be featured on all of our socials (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook etc).
Due to Covid-19, our carriers are experiencing some delays in delivering orders. Please expect that after your order has shipped, it might take longer than usual to receive.
US: FREE (5-10 business days)
International: $6.95 (10-15 business days)
Our products are made to order so you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is out for delivery. Be sure to also check your spam email folder because sometimes emails get lost in spam. When you receive an order number, then your order went through. Please save this for your records.
We ask that our International fans be patient with us when it comes to getting your order to you. Also there are times when packages get held at customs. Tracking will let you know where your order is at all times. Most of the times your order will get to you sooner than the time periods above.
We are not responsible for orders lost that have tracking designation confirmed as DELIVERED. We will help you locate your order from our end but please also contact your local postal office as they will more likely be able to find your package.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want to make sure that you're happy and you receive nothing but quality products from The Curv Shop.
We do offer a full refund or an exchange on damaged or blemished items. If your goods are in any way damaged, defective or blemished when you receive them, please do not hesitate to contact us about replacement or refund within 15 days of your delivery. Email us firstname.lastname@example.org, include your order number and pictures if possible, and we'll do our best to make the process easy.
If you placed an order and realized that you may have accidentally chosen the wrong size, contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours of purchase and we can fix the sizing for you.
